Our Story
I’m a builder of places that bring people together. Over the years I’ve launched and scaled multiple brick-and-mortar ventures — from a hot-dog joint beloved by Michigan students to a vintage brand with a 15-person team — all grounded in great product, tight ops, and a crew that cares.
Along the way, I learned what matters: hire people with heart, keep standards high, and make it easy for guests to have a great time. Louie’s Smash-N-Grill is the next chapter — a late-night smashburger spot that blends East Coast flavor with clean, classic design.
It’s my way of bringing something real back to the place I call home: Macomb. Pull up. Bring friends. Leave happy.
