I’m a serial entrepreneur with a passion for building businesses that bring people together. Over the years, I’ve launched and scaled multiple brick-and-mortar ventures, generating over $2.2 million in combined revenue. I co-founded University Weiner, a hot dog spot that became a local favorite among Michigan college students, and built More Than Vintage, a vintage apparel shop, into a $1.5 million brand with a 15-person team.

My journey has always been rooted in creativity, hustle, and community. From managing HR for over 1,000 employees at CJ Barrymore to founding a nonprofit that served hundreds of individuals experiencing homelessness, I’ve learned the importance of leading with purpose.

Louie’s Smash-N-Grill is my latest venture — a late-night smashburger joint inspired by the bold flavors I grew up loving, blending East Coast grit with In-N-Out simplicity. I’m excited to bring something new and meaningful back to my hometown.
